AHS Training Camp

Location: Pond Ice Arena - Newark, DE

Dates: August 16-19, 2010

Ages: 16 and over

Level: AA, AAA, HS, Jr, Prep, College Players

Cost: $400.00
       Goalies $150.00 (Limited Spots)


This mini-camp is to prepare the serious, committed player for the upcoming season. Power skating, conditioning, overspeed training, skill drills, plyometrics, flow drills and mini games will be practiced during this excellent pre-season mini-camp.

Workout shirts, Gatorade, College Hockey Guides, and jerseys will be provided for all players. Individual evaluations will be provided for all players as well. We are keeping this camp to very limited numbers so register early!


Monday-Thursday Schedule:

Off-Ice: 11 am - 12 pm (plyometrics, core work, strength training)

Carb/Hydrate Break (we provide Gatorade, water, fruit, healthy snacks and a protien drink for all players)

On-Ice: 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm (power skating, over speed training, skill drills, flow drills, and mini-games)
